20 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am until 1pm
Grade C (3-5) £11,245 - £11,602 Actual Salary
Term Time Only, plus Inset days
Start Date: As soon as possible
We are looking for a Part time Teaching Assistant who has experience in supporting children in and out of the classroom under guidance from the SENCO and teaching staff. This position will be to effectively support teachers in class and have the ability to deliver interventions as directed in line with the needs of the students.
You will be required to have:
- Experience of working with children in a similar setting
- Confident in both literacy, numeracy skills with excellent communication and listening skills
- A willingness to learn new things and an open mind with children best interest at heart

We are looking for an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Highwood Copse Primary School
The successful candidate for this post will work with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of students. You will provide support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning, and experience a sense of achievement. You will cover lessons in the absence of teachers when required.
